PLAN OF ACTION


HELLO !

Having attempted several diets (and failed) over the past couple of years I am now embarking on the Dukan Diet. Having been severely unhappy with my weight and body, I am hoping that this diet can help me to loose weight, get me motivated and help sort out my diet-binge - disordered eating tendency. 

My stats are as follows
AGE: 18
HEIGHT: 5ft 7.5
WEIGHT: 140lbs

I am going to try to do the attack phase (pure protein) for 5 days and then move onto cruise, alternating pure protein days with protein and vegetable days. I love to exercise, so I'm hoping to do an hour of swimming, an hour of pilates and an hour of yoga daily. I wish to loose 1 stone.
