OH WELL ! I was 139 on Monday morning so I can't see that I have put 6lbs of fat on in a week - 1lb of fat is 3,500 calories and there is NO WAY I've eaten 21,000 calories in 4 days and not burned any of that off - I've been active everyday ...
I presume a good 4lbs of it is water - but we shall see on the days to follow...
As Dr. Dukan suggests, I am going to weigh myself everyday to give me an incentive as well as keep a check on whats going on.
I am going to attack for longer that Dr. Dukan suggests for my weight loss, and longer than I said yesterday as to really kick-start the diet. Below is my plan (my preferred foods and brands):
A T T A C K
Days 1 - 7
- Fat free yoghurts - Muller Light (Toffee and Vanilla) and 0% Total Greek Yoghurt
- Fat free fromais frais
- Low fat ham
- Chicken breasts and rotisserie chicken (WITHOUT SKIN)
- Lean cuts of steak and low fat beef burgers
- Smoked salmon
- All fish
- Eggs
- 1.5 tablespoons of oat bran
- Diet coke
- Mint tea
- 3 litres of water
And...
LAST BUT NOT LEAST
1 hour of pilates/+ yoga and 1 hour of swimming daily.
Dr. Dukan prescribes 30 mins of walking daily but as I am already fit and active 30 mins of walking will do nothing for my weight loss. It is quite possible that on top of the above I will also complete a 3/4km morning dog walk.
Will post this evening the days food intake !
